Psychic white protective light visualization

I suggest sitting comfortably with your hands on your knees and your eyes gently closed. Say to yourself, "Namaste." Imagine your skin sparkling. Imagine your heart sparkling within you. Imagine your eyes sparkling underneath your closed eyelids. Then raise your hands up to the cosmos above you and visualize bringing white light into your body from the cosmos through your finger tips. As the white light comes into you let it collect and build up in your heart or solar plexus and put your hands back on your knees and now imagine the white light from the universe seeping down inside you through the top of your head and let the light seep down into your brain, into your eyes, and into your heart and let the white light glow and radiate from your heart, your eyes, your brain, and your body in all directions. Imagine all of your organs glowing with white light. Let the white pure light beam out of you through your top side, from your bottom side, from you front side, from your back side, from your left side, and from your right side. Now say to yourself,"I'm protected by this white light in all directions and I am cleansed now. I am safe. I am one. I am in all. Om. Om. Om. Namaste."
